Hi Don, Thanks for the quick response. The telephone list (probably pulled via html) is no longer available. So no place to call. For tech support, I understand the issue and really don't care if they support it or not. I do believe that a permanent license that can't be activated is something outside of the bounds of the agreement that went along with the purchase. I did check the KB, but either something is amiss and they are not aware of the problem,.
